The Commercial Real Estate Revolution

This will get you thinking. Its a clip of four scenarios out to 2020. Scenario planning is a bread and butter staple of futurists. The process works something like this:

1. Collect trends and early adopters.
2. Identify the drivers within Society, Technology, the Economy, the Environment and Politics (STEEP).
3. Create a scenario grid using a X/Y axis for the key variables you want to test.
4. Develop narratives for each quadrant using the applying the data, trends and early signals of change.
5. Select the desired future path your organization wants to shape and create your strategic plan for moving in that direction.
