Rex Miller is a futurist, business leader, strategic consultant and communications expert. He has a successful 30 year career as a project manager, in contract furniture sales and interior construction.

Rex is the Thought Leader for Mindshift, a consortium of firms with a mission to become a catalyst for change in the commercial real estate industry.

Rex also applies his futurist lens with organizations looking for new models of leadership tailored for a digital age. He is an expert in working with Generation Y and is a trusted advisor and consultant to over 200 organizations over the past 20 years.

Rex is a frequent conference speaker helping digital Immigrants and their organizations compete in a new world and new economy. He has been a keynote speaker at the World Future Symposium, IFRAA, WFX, OFDA and presented to the AIA National Convention, Neocon, Metrocon and the International Design Summit.

Rex grew up in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago. He is a graduate from the University of Illinois and currently lives in Southlake, Texas. He is married with three children, two dogs, a bird, gecko, gerbil and hamster. He is active in his community.
